Client’s Profile:

Tracify is a cloud-based technology company specializing in logistics management software, fleet management and white label GPS Tracking software. They assist fleet owners in easily and effectively managing their transportation enterprises while offering safe, dependable, and inexpensive service to end customers. Tracify is a simple but powerful shipping platform with real-time capabilities required for companies to match today’s logistical excellence in terms of both operational efficiency and customer expectations. Their system is driven by cutting-edge smart IoT devices that continuously report GPS position and securely protect gasoline tankers and cargo containers from pilferage by allowing only authorized individuals to remotely open/close the apertures using their robust mobile apps for Android and iOS.

Description of Project:

Tracify is a comprehensive transport management software for businesses that provides complete visibility and prevents in-transit goods pilferage. The shipping platform provides delivery organizations with all of the tools they need to run effective delivery operations while also providing an entertaining client experience. They were lagging support system for launching their product. They needed many automated features in their product, which were missing previously. The project can be summarized as a Delivery Management solution, where we can assign the drivers delivery tasks and monitor them with real-time visibility and that has multiple user login features.

We did the analysis of the whole code, refined the code as per the requirements and designed the whole product for them. We integrated their GPS hardware with the system and application and made the whole process fully-automated. The software used Google Maps and GPS for route navigation, geotagging for delivery tracking, Signature Capture for delivery confirmation, and AWS for data storage. It provided dynamic delivery monitoring, as well as customer location and order data for delivery people, SMS alerts on delivery status for consumers, and a rapid closing of the delivery report via client signature capture via mobile. We also ensured that to deliver on its promises of simplicity and efficiency, the for-delivery management solution performed at various levels; the database layer (My SQL), data sync layer (Java), application layer (Node js, SQLite), storage layer (AWS), and usability layer (Geo tagging, Driver tracking, Route map Algorithm, etc.) and had multiple login features. The generation of the landed cost was also fully automated.

Result:

Due to our product enhancement efforts, all the process got automated, accurate and saved a lot of time. The efficiency of work increased to quite a higher extent and the company won many accolades. The results can be summarized as:
